Today is our one-year marriage anniversary.

I'm extremely lucky to get to spend it with him. No matter the country we're in. We'll get the visa one day. For now I need to be thankful for having such an amazing husband.

Happy anniversary. It will be my 1-year anniversary too in four days but I won't be with him. In fact, we hardly spent a month together in this one year. I have decided I am not celebrating my anniversary without him.

Sooo, after repeatedly telling my husband to tell the attorney to place a service request and the attorney not obliging and also my husband's reluctance to place one, I have decided to place it myself. Most probably tomorrow I may get an all-night access to a PC. As suggested, I will use Skype to make the call. What I need to know is what to do after dialling the customer service number. Can anyone guide me step by step on how to get my call transferred to a tier 2?

only the petitoner can make a service request. They won't even entertain the request unless your husband is on the other line( or the attorney)

i am still waiting =( noa1 march 19th transferred Nebraska nov 6, i called uscis january 6th and they told me to wait another month this call back.

him there same pd march 19 I was on benefit service center and my case was transferred on nov 8th still nothing my husband called and the guy told him he didn't know anything about the over 60 days call and more bs that nobody who has waited this long want to know! we end up emailing them a week ago and my husband talked to a lady whho was going to call the senator but still no answer so i GUESS we march filers were forgotten

The automated system even says you must be the petitioner or the attorney and then they ask you who you are when you finally get a person on the other line

Call on Monday and see what's going on? I don't think it should have gone back to Initial Review after you answered the RFE.

i applied my i 130 in June and my priority date is 10 June 2013 on (27-DEC-2013) i checked my case status changed on uscis.gov that it has been transferred to a local office and then after 3 days i received a hard copy stating that they were experiencing delays at National benefits center and has moved my case to Nebraska service center and if i do not get an update on my case in 60 days i should call on the given number

so any June filers here ???? or any one else who can guide me if its a good sign to have been transferred to a local office (nebraska service center)

any sort of advice would be high appreciated

I checked my preceding case numbers and they have already been either approved or rfe. The 2 closet case numbers to mine have been requested for evidence on 13 January 2014. Do you guys think I should receive the update soon?. Do you know if USCIS centers work based on sequence order of case number?. My case was transferred to TSC on 23 October, reply to the service request dated Dec 4 2013 stating my case was with an adjudicating officer and I should receive a decision or notice within 60 days (which is nonsense as we all know).
