Yes.. We may not have to include Collie since our spreadsheet is only for tracking I 130 for spouses.... That makes it 3 approvals in the spreadsheet for today....

Sounds like we got the same. I hope they dont continue to ignore us!!!! I feel like we are going to be the last ones to get an approval. ......

I am so frustrated I could cry. Do our files carry a tag to be processed last? This whole process makes me feel so unlucky. I suspect even you will be approved before me. *sigh* Only thing keeping me sane is that all this will be over one day, but that too doesn't keep me from being depressed about it. I got the worst attorney too. I told my husband to tell him to file a service request and the attorney said he mailed the service center as if that was enough. I mailed the service center too but they replied I need to call the 1-800 number and get a service request first and after getting the service request if nothing has been done about it in 30 days, then write to the service center quoting the service request number. If the service request is not generated first, then there would be no further response from the service center.

I'm the beneficiary, wife of USC.
12/30/2012: Got engaged.
1/16/2013: Got married in India.

I-130:
2/28/2013: Attorney mailed the I-130 from a U.S. address.
3/4/2013: Priority date, NOA1.
11/6/2013: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

1/6/2014: 60 days of transfer are up, put in an e-request, given 30 days' time. Contacted the senator. Senator asked to wait till Feb 6 and if nothing then she will do something.
2/5/2014: Website status changed to RFE.
2/10/2014: Attorney gets RFE. They need G325A and photos of both me and husband, original marriage certificate, copy of marriage record and it's translation.
2/15/2014: Mailed the requisite documents to husband.
2/19/2014: Documents received by husband.
2/24/2014: RFE mailed.
2/26/2014: Case status changed to RFE review.
3/6/2014: After 367 days, NOA2.

After approval kept calling NVC but NVC always had one reply, file was not in their system. Husband too called USCIS National Customer Service Center and was told case was sent to NVC.
4/2/2014: Write to NSCFollowup to know about the status of the petition.
4/10/2014: Put in a ?service request with USCIS starting with OVP to locate case.
4/16/2014: Reply from NSCFollowup that the U.S. law prohibited that office from responding to anyone other than the petitioner and to have the petitioner contact them.
4/18/2014: Sent email to NVC Research to locate the case.
4/22/2014: Petitioner sent email to NSCFollowup
5/14/2014: Receive email from NVC Research that they do not have a record of receiving the petition.
5/16/2014: Congressman's immigration caseworker contacted supervisor at NSC who said the petition is pending and will be dispatched in two weeks.
5/27/2014: Petitioner received response from NSCFollowup that the case was pending an internal extended review. Really?
6/19/2014: USCIS case status change, "On June 19, 2014, we shipped this case..."
7/1/2014: Case received at NVC.
7/14/2014: NVC case number assigned.
8/1/2014: AOS and IV fees invoiced.
8/2/2014: AOS and IV fees paid.
8/5/2014: AOS and IV fees status changed to paid.
8/6/2014: AOS and IV packages mailed, completed and submitted DS-260.
8/7/2014: AOS and IV packages delivered to NVC.
8/8/2014: AOS and IV packages put into the system (scanned).
9/20/2014: Get the 60-day email.
9/30/2014: Case Complete!
10/3/2014: Interview scheduled for November 7.
10/20/2014: Medical appointment.

11/07/2014: Interview.

11/29/2014: POE JFK.

Ok, so. Try getting a service request, and also send an email to their HQ. Quote the transfer notice details along with the fact that you are still waiting beyond 60 days, and have not gotten any kind of answers from the Service center, who wants you to have a service request first. (Which is unacceptable, and just takes their processing time out to 90 days instead of the 60 you were told.) If you can't get a service request based on the Priority date in the system, you can also tell them that you're unable to open a service request, despite the letter that you have because of the processing dates. I would copy the Ombudsman on all this. Also your Congressperson and Senators if you've contacted them in the past. If you haven't yet done so, I seriously suggest doing it now.

(I do remember vaguely what's going on with your case, but it's like 2am here, and I'm brain-fried. I should be more coherent after some sleep.)

*hugs*

I was thinking the same thing, but that my case will be the one lingering for an eternity

I did not wait 30 days after calling about a SR and i dont even know if the rep made one for me. She said she would file it after we got off the line. So maybe, according to the reply email, they will Not even reply to my email, bc i dont have one. But it says if u dont have a SR, Tell them why. Call them, via skype, today. Request to file a SR, once u get the number, write them again and state, u have not waited 30 days, or however many, (21?), bc the processing time has been exceeded and, like kaylara stated, the extra 30, . puts it at 90 and that is not good cust service.

I can't call the service center because I live in India, can't use skype either because I have very limited access to a system and do everything on my phone, which doesn't support skype. Congressperson/senator, my husband has to do that. E-mailing the service center wasn't very effective, 11 days now since I e-mailed them.

Ugh!!!! I get the doing everything on your phone part; it makes things much slower and so limited.

Can you convince your husband to call today? If he calls when they open, he should be able to reach a tier two pretty quickly. Like maybe on his way to work. If you call during lunch, the wait is forever. I always have to leave in one of the earphones and keep working until they answer the line, (2 hrs later).

I am beginning to think the emailing thing was just a coincidence for everyone who mentioned it, during their approvals, and a false hope for us. :(

Also, tell your husband to go order his VOG now. The consulate just sent me an email back saying that they no longer do that, and you should do it yourself.

Yes, he's ordered it already...thank goodness, because it takes a few weeks to get; it arrived yesterday. We did at least opt-in for electronic communication, giving them our email addresses both over the phone and in writing (email) to nvcinquiry@state.gov.

So we're waiting to get instructions/invoices/whatever comes next from the NVC. goofy.gif

Both of my applications are shipped to Department of state for visa processing. That "reopened" message was indeed an error then. Happy hump day to all.

Here is my information to add to the tracking sheet. I have one spouse and one childeren i130 both have same PD and transfer dates.

dilmera- I hope you get answers soon. It's SO FRUSTRATING.

Have your husband email his representatives once a week until they help you. Or twice a week. Mine didn't start helping until I did that.

Great news!!! I AM APPROVED!!!!

I was a March 29th filer, considered myself really an April filer and just got approved this morning!!

My case was transferred to Nebraska on November 14th.

WOW! So excited for the next step.

I wish everyone luck, patience and love.

I am lucky to see my husband often as I'm in Toronto and he's in NYC but the waiting was PAINFUL!

All the best!

Both of my applications are shipped to Department of state for visa processing. That "reopened" message was indeed an error then. Happy hump day to all.

Here is my information to add to the tracking sheet. I have one spouse and one childeren i130 both have same PD and transfer dates.
