Frustration is definitely seeming like an understatment.

Yes, let us pray we can be together with our loved ones so very soon!!!

You are absolutely correct, with the fact that, if it were not for the wonderful community here, things would seem so much worse. I probably would have been already transferred to the crazy house. Lol

Frustration is definitely an understatement :) Plus, I deleted twice as much as was left in my post - all the angry rant-mode stuff :) I appreciate your kind words and share your sentiments exactly. I'm still not sure I won't develop an aneurysm or two before all of this is over.

Sent in my RFE on 12/30 n received confirmation by postal service it was delived 1/2/14. Then received an email from USCIS on 01/03/14 that my case could be denied due to abandonment on my behalf if I don't respond within a timely matter THEN got an email today while on hold with NCSC that they did in fact received the RFE I sent in and when the tier 2 sup. reached the phone she told me we had to allow yet another 60 days for processing. All I could do was cry. This isn't right. They lost our documents and we have to suffer for it.

Thank you guys. I will say that emailing NSC seems to have helped, as Kaylara said. I got the first "address update" within an hour after my email to them on Friday. I did what Kaylara said, asked for an update. I never got any type of response other than the update for approval!

I-130 NOA1: 03/04/2013

Transferred to NSC: 11/6/2013

i-130 NOA2: 01//06/2014 FINALLY!!!!!!

Does it ever stop???? Oh my ......

Perhaps, they said that just as the standard reply, to give them time. Hopefully, it will be processed, like most show, in only a few days. (Fingers crossed!!)

I'm hoping so too....just like I was hoping it wouldn't take the ENTIRE 60 days to ajudicate it after the transfer to Texas. cray5ol.gif

I sent it BEFORE the 60 days informing them that I'm about to hit 60 days. I hit 60 days TODAY, and approved today.

I didn't mention anything about service requests, even though I did have two of those.

The first that they did not respond to but only 20 days has passed, and the second one which a tier 2 put down as expedite and they responded to it saying I don't qualify for an expedite.... Which of course I knew, and I don't understand why that idiot Tier 2 filed it so (she only told me she would send a notice for them to reply to within ten days).. was so worried that would get me on their bad side.

Thank you very much!!!

I was also thinking about anyrhing I send might get me "pushed" back to the bottom of the pile. So, I was so reluctant to send anything.

I do all of this from my phone and have very limited access to a computer. Therefore, it is difficult to go back and find info; will you please reply with the email address?

Again, thank you for your insight and helpfulness. :)

I receive this weird message today on one of my I 130 application--My PD is 3/19 and transferred to NSC on Nov 6th. No update on the second one with exact same PD and transfer date. Hopefully this is one of those bogus messages like address change before the approval.
