Thank you all so much! I'm overwhelmed! It's been pretty crazy here as I've been explaining to my grandparents what happens next, and trying to explain to the girls what's going on. My husband was jumping up and down and yelling "YES!" when I told him. Now, to put the finishing touches on our NVC stuff. :P

I sincerely hope that they clear out the rest of us who have been waiting for so long quickly now. I'll be watching for approvals tonight, and hope that we're seeing more than just 1 a day. They're never going to clear this up if we're seeing so little movement. For those who are approaching their 60 day date, I would strongly advise sending an email to the service center that has your case. They have 21 days then to respond to you, and if they don't you can contact the Service Center HQ's. And my understanding is that they actually respond to emails fairly quickly. (At least they did months ago when I wrote them and they couldn't help me. :P)

3/4/2013: Priority date, NOA1.
11/6/2013: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

1/6/2014: 60 days of transfer are up, put in an e-request, given 30 days' time. Contacted the senator. Senator asked to wait till Feb 6 and if nothing then she will do something.
2/5/2014: Website status changed to RFE.
2/10/2014: Attorney gets RFE. They need G325A and photos of both me and husband, original marriage certificate, copy of marriage record and it's translation.
2/15/2014: Mailed the requisite documents to husband.
2/19/2014: Documents received by husband.
2/24/2014: RFE mailed.
2/26/2014: Case status changed to RFE review.
3/6/2014: After 367 days, NOA2.

I agree with you dilmera. Hopefully we all get approvals together. I think you and I got transferred together since I remember you said you received notifications at 7pm that day? What #s does your case end in? I'm so sorry you have to go through that and that allll of us do. I don't blame other petitioners, I blame uscis for not processing in time. Feels like every time my processing time is over, they tell me to wait another 6 months.

My case number ends with 273 and your's?

Why do u guys ask for the numbers are they significant on how the cases are being processed

Have you tried sending them an email? I emailed the service center a day or two ago stating that it was almost 60 days, and could I please get an update on my petition. I don't know if it had any kind of an impact, but I really don't think it hurts.

I did send the service center an e-mail on December 28, right after vegas12 said he sent one before getting an approval and perhaps that was the reason for getting approved. Jasminka8 also sent the e-mail back then and she got approved in 2 days. You also sent an e-mail about a day or two back and got approved. It's been about a week since I e-mailed them; no activity on my case yet. I did get an automated reply to my e-mail the next day stating that before e-mailing them I should first call the 1-800 number and get a service request referral number. If 30 days have passed since getting an SRMT number, then I can e-mail them and then the service center will be able to help me.
