Ugh dear God, I called and spoke to a Tier 2 again today. Just told me to keep waiting :(

He was pretty nice and polite. At first I thought he'd be the same guy Kaylara got bc he had SUCH a strong accent, I honestly thought he was a clown.. In one week it will be 60 days since my transfer. I already made a service request a couple of weeks ago which should be responded to by Jan 3 due to conflicting info they kept giving me.

Sigh so tired of waiting :(

March 4 priority date, I never thought it'd take this long :'(

I-130 NOA1: 03/04/2013

Transferred to NSC: 11/6/2013

CONGRATS ! ! ! ! Where were you transferred to?

Nebraska. We never heard anything from them. My husband called once and some person told him to wait until Jan. 6th-7th. (60 days after the transfer).

Well, its about time.. Its almost like TSC took a vacation and they just started up again yesterday.

I want to say CONGRATS but thats not really what I mean. Yay you finally got it but ####### at the same time. You should have had this RFE a month and a half ago. I am so curious to see what the "F" they took so long to ask for...

What the heck is up with all of these May approvals

I can't even go over to that thread and look... protest6wz.gif Where were they transferred to? I'm guessing CSC because they seemed to push out the March and April files they received.
