Merry Christmas to all!! I pray everyone gets their approvals soon! Noe can someone tll me what happens next. This is our story: we are both in Texas, we will file the I-601A here in USA..upon approval he will have to go to Mexico for his interview, but not to stay.

I am a march filer but I have a tax question I am a USC and am using a cosponsor who is my brother on his current tax year he earned 15,000 from his full time job but he also earned 5000 from. Side jobs in cash can he claim it all for his yearly wages and how would he prove the cash income and also how would the additional taxes be taken out of the cash income and would he qualify as a cosponsor thk for any replies
