I really really hope a bunch of us get approvals today. It would make an awesome Xmas present for sure. I don't want to end the year without an approval :(

Was out of the country visiting my husband and got an email stating that I have an RFE on December 17th. Waiting on the letter to see what for.

What is your priority date? Were you transferred, and if so when and to where? Congrats on the good news!

Sorry for the late reply, my priority date was march 4, no transfer, got approved strait out of NBC.

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently began transferring some extension of stay casework from the Vermont Service Center to the California Service Center to balance workloads. The affected casework includes the following form:

I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, filed by an employer to extend the stay of an alien to perform services as an H-1B specialty occupation worker.

I guess it is good that those cases are not being transferred to NSC or TSC; otherwise, we would face even further delays.

I can not believe it happen. I just got a early Christmas present. All three of my I-130s got approved today. March date 19 2013 transfer to NSC on November 5 Approval 12/23/13 for NOA2 TOTAL of 44 day from transfer notice. I am in Brazil with my family crazy tomorrow we celebrate with whole family. I am sorry for those that are still waiting. Thanks to everyone for letting me rant. Merry Christmas and I wish you a Approval New Year.
