I just got an email saying that my husbands alien registration number was changed. What does this mean?

NOA 2- Dec 23, 2013

Dec 27, 2013 Case shipped from NSC to NVC

Case # and IIN- 02/14/2014

DS-261 completed: 2/19/2014

AOS Invoiced and shows IN PROGRESS: 2/20/2014

AOS shows PAID: 2/24/2014 AOS- packet added to the case: 3/17/2014

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

Just pay what they asked you to pay. For sure there is no such as partial payment system. For sure after they got your approved case from USCIS.. they will invoice you all necessary fees. so since you said you guys settled/paid the NVC fees. they will not ask any more money. hope this help

My case was transferred to NSC on 11/6 and I still have not heard from them.

Last Thursday I called and a Tier 2 told me that my case was reassigned to someone on 12/17

I-130 NOA1: 03/04/2013

Transferred to NSC: 11/6/2013

i-130 NOA2: 01//06/2014 FINALLY!!!!!!

I am also the same transfer date no response. I even sent email since my transfer was 40 days and my date for applications was 9 months. I went on info pass November 17 was told two of my three application had been logged in as being reviewed. There has been no action so my option they just lie to get rid of you

I had more than one tier 2 rep confirm that so i think it's true but I dont know if it means much :( I'm guessing the original person working on my case left to vacation -_-
