vegas- We're in Texas as well. It looks like Texas is the worst place to be, Nebraska is the second worst, and California is the best.

I just got correspondence from my senator saying she was told my RFE has been sent but for whatever reason it is not showing in the system. She said her contact will talk to the officer assigned to my case directly and ask if it has been sent.

I guess after contacting them (congressman/senator) every week for the past month with increasingly heated emails has actually made a difference? Here's to hoping that there's a shred of hope left.

May 1: Checklist for IV- certified marriage certificate (even though I sent a certified one originally)
July 1: INTERVIEW!!! - APPROVED!
July 16: POE through Miami
July 22: SSN card in the mail
August 30, 2014: Green card arrives in the mail!!!
 
ROC: 366 days
April 27, 2016: Sent 300 page ROC packet to VSC via overnight mail
May 16: Check shown as charged online, received NOA 1 dated April 29
June 20, 2016- Biometrics
April 28, 2017: Approval
May 4, 2017: Approval letter arrived

Kaylara, yeah you're right. But because we had requested to the 3 copies of BC, MC that's why we gave them a copy of each.

Kaylara, no we are not adjusting status! We filed our I-130 petition here and since we filed after the March Provissional waiver law we get to file our I-160A here in the US.. Upon approval an interview will be set up and then we will depart to Cuidad Juarez and do interview and wait for Visa there.

@Kaylara, yeah you're right. But because we had requested 3 copies of Birth cert, marriage cert, that's why we gave them a copy of each. My husband has a copy and i have mine too. And we had another copy which we submitted to the USCIS, though this will be returned to us before we submit documents to NVC or during the interview.

Got the I-130 for my wife finally approved yesterday. Here are the dates for people who are interested.

Married on March 11, 2013

NOA1 Priority date: march 22, 2013

transfer notice to Texas service center: November 8, 2013

notice that approval was mailed: December 19, 2013

I hope all the March filers get their notices this month. Now I wait to see what they need for the NVC. I'm still looking for an up-to-date link that clearly lists what they need so I can start preparing.

I don't get mad if they're before or right around the same time. I do get irritated when I see June and July or later filers getting approved though. Not at the filers, just to be clear. I'm happy for them. I get mad at the USCIS.

My wife USC (petitioner) has received a letter todays's morning and it say's to confirm my (benficiary) adresses and mentioned to pay $88 fees. so what kind of this letter she has received. Your advice will be helpful for us.

You are already at the NVC process. Once you pay this $88.00 for affidavit of support fee, they will send you form of affidavit of support as i what I understand.
