I know what 2x2 means smile.png

But 2 pics each used to be required and local offices would issue a lot of RFEs for this. Maybe service centers use old manuals too? wink.png

Aren't they still required? I sent in two of each for me and my husband. (They also required the same when I was getting the CRBA for my girls from the Consulate in Amsterdam.)

Thank you; that is the page from where I obtained the 'follow up' email address for nsc.

Wish we had a phone number to the srv ctr where someone actually answered.

Also, according to the transfer notice, you and I have the same PD as well. I mentioned it before on here, and the person maintaining the sheet, at that time, stated just to keep the original date that I was given, 3/28. :)

Do you mean on here, or, like, on facebook? Because if it's facebook, then I know how to set up those groups.

Hi, thank you. No not on FB, I was thinking more like a topic here on VJ, so we can share experiences with TSC RFE's.

I burned my brain of thinking what could it be... and believe me I don't have an idea.

Aren't they still required? I sent in two of each for me and my husband. (They also required the same when I was getting the CRBA for my girls from the Consulate in Amsterdam.)

Only one for petitioner and one for beneficiary are required. http://travel.state.gov/pdf/pk3_supplements/NHA-PK3-ENGL-0001-0801.pdf

But... it used to be two for petitioner and two for beneficiary so if an adjudicator is using an old manual- RFE may happen. I didn't want to risk it so just included two :)

Also, I was told by a former IO that passport pics often get ruined when they scan them. They get stuck to a scanner or sth.

When two people are meant for each other, no time is too long, no distance is too far, no one can ever tear them apart.

I was reading somewhere that they only need one of each, but that was long time ago. Back in April when i was getting ready to send my petition actually.

It does replace the ds 230. From what I understand, you can only fill it out online. I have been trying to find/print a copy of it so I can help hubby fill it out but I can't find it online. He speaks english but he is a terrible speller. I found where you would go online to fill it out but you have to have the case # to access it but I don't have a case # since I was just approve less than a week ago. I did find the ds 230. I'm wondering if the questions are the same. Probably very simillar I would assume.
