Congratulations! Can you please tell us your NOA1 date, and if your case was transferred, when and where?

NOA1. 11/march /2013

transfered to NVC

but when ?thy didn't tell that

and our case status says .On November 21, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283..

I see, then your case was one of the few that wasn't transferred to a service center but remained at the NBC.

After you get NOA2 it gets sent to the NVC.

I got the same message as well. It didn't say it was transferred to NVC. But it did say at the end : For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State.

I think once we receive the hardcopy it should have more information on it.

I thought for sure our petitions would have been approved the same time. I got transfer email on the 12th as well and my date on notice was nov15. still waiting.

I see people keep wondering why they are not processed. Look at the spreadsheet you will see people who were transferred on 10/31 still not approved. I was transferred 11/05 not approved yet. There are still many people waiting.

Exactly. There are at least 55 March people transferred in October, as early as 10/23, who are not approved yet. Also, all the pending Feb filers were transferred in October.
