Ok, just an update, I was sent an RFE on the 13th. They requested a g-325a and passport photo for myself (not sure what happened to the 1st ones sent last march). Also they requested the translation page of the wedding certificate, and copy of the divorce decree with judge's signature (original divorce info was just a copy of the case record from the public case info website).

I mailed all the info back to them, plus a sent a ton (well 35 or so) of photo print outs of our wedding ceremony, and pictures of us together from my visits this year and last. I'll keep the thread updated so we can see how long they are taking to re-visit a case after an RFE is responded to. Thanks all! Hang in there everyone!

So they lost your original G-325A? That's terrible.

You have done a great job with this and really help us have hope. I was wondering if you could do a countdown section. For example there were 47 transfers to NCS and there were 10 approvals here my example

NCS 47-10=37 more to be approved

CSC 39-23=16 more to go

TSC 22-1= 21 were done

Anyone transferred to Texas Service Center got approval these days please?.

Hi! I haven't seen any TEXAS approvals yet from us that were transferred. I sure hope they do not take the full 60 days to respond. I'm going to my 3rd infopass next Thursday. I have already contacted Congress man. They told him should hear something within 45-60 days. Hope it's soon. Also, Obdusmen didn't say much besides in normal process times which is foolishness!

Really hoping Texas start its getting sad watching others although I'm happy for them.

I just checked USCIS and I GOT APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Finally TSC approved my case work!! Yay. Can't wait to be with my husband again!! :)

Hopefully TSC will approve more petitions!

I'm from Indonesia (the beneficiary), and my husband is a USC.

USCIS

06/04/2011: Got married in Surabaya, Indonesia

03/10/2013: (Some time at these dates) Filed I-130 through a lawyer

03/25/2013: Priority date, NOA1

11/08/2013: Case was transferred to Texas Service Center

11/16/2013: Case update: "was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office."

11/25/2013: NOA2. Post Decision Activity: APPROVED (by Texas Service Center)

12/05/2013: Received NOA2 in the mail.

12/19/2013: "Shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing."

NVC

01/03/2014: NVC received our case work.

03/26/2014: Called NVC and they said that there's an error on the affidavit support and they didn't get copy of my passport. This case, I blame our lawyer.
