I don't care why they came here... I was just pointing out that they seem to be the priority over USC. and BTW, I know of so many "ILLEGALS" who work under the table and send handfuls of cash home to their country. They never spend it here. No, they don't have tax ID numbers and they never filed taxes ...and YES, they use fake names everytime they need medical care so they don't have to pay. They also use fake SS numbers, not one, but several. and those people should be a priority over a USC citizens following the law and filing the paperwork and paying a fee? come on.... seriously?

The fact that they came here illegally and now can't get benefits here isn't my problem. I am a USC and I am trying to support my family, pay healthcare premiums and work etc.... they made a choice when they did what they did. I don't care why . I also don't care of they want to try and be legal here...All I was pointing out is that USC should be first and the DACA should not have any effect on how our files are being processed. But unfortunately our government's priorities are backwards.

I support this, and I can understand why people come here; to have a better life or be with the one they love, or both. This country was built on foreigners and immigration. If you are not American Indian then you or your family migrated as immigrants from somewhere in the world. It is one of the great qualities of our country. Many come here legally. Many come here and do the right thing, and have done this for hundreds of years.

But to live here is a privilege and if you want that privilege you need to abide by the laws. Get straight with immigration, pay your taxes, etc. I agree USC's should have priority. All people should be given respect, I agree, but if you are not here legally then you are? (other synonyms for illegal are: unlawful, illicit, illegitimate, criminal, felonious; unlicensed, unauthorized, unsanctioned, warrantless; fraudulent, corrupt; outlawed, banned, forbidden, prohibited, proscribed, taboo; contraband, black-market, bootleg; malfeasant). I typed "illegal" in Google and the first suggestion that came up was "illegal immigration." Call it what you want.

Another area which is not discussed is military service. I respect someone that joins the military, serves honorably and is granted citizenship. I also think that Veterans who left with an honorable discharge should be bumped in the USC I-130 line. I paid taxes all my life. I served honorably in the military. I served the government immediately after 9/11 for 5 years. Not asking for priority, but think i have earned it over someone who is not in the country legally under current immigration laws. You can disagree with every word I have typed, but thank any veteran for defending that right.

I agree and support this ! I would gladly step aside and let a Veteran go ahead of me. USC first. Love the synonyms btw !! can't argue much with that..LOL

You do deserve priority and it is disgraceful that you are behind illegals.. I would love to have 30 minutes to talk with the idiots who put them ahead of USC.. Also theidiots who passed the I-601A waiver law, and the idiots who failed to hire enough people to process this mess.. Being illegal seems to have many benefits.

Ok, finally got some action. Got an RFE notice finally, so hopefully after I send whats missing, it'll get approved in the near future. Should be good news for other March filers waiting....

got my first transferred message last night that said it got transferred to another office..

i got my second one this morning that says its transferred to a local office..

i hope everything goes fast after this and its very stressful being away from my 2 kids thats still in the Philippines.,

Originally contacted through email (on senators website). Then got a letter in the mail, asking for the release of personal information. Then got a call from someone from the senators office letting me know they contacted the CSC.

I'll probably call mine tomorrow and tell them that others have gotten help (I believe mmkextreme is in NC), and so I'm hoping they can help too. We'll see, but I'm sure I'll be disappointed also (again).
