If you read through other posts on this very site, you can find that answer, probably about 12 times too. It's going to TX CA or NE. Keep calling and asking and then read your letter when you get it, THAT will be accurate.

k. thanks

I know I need to wait for the letter to really know where it went, but I tried to call today just to see. Tier 1 would only read back the email I got, I got the call back 30 minutes or so later from Tier 2 and it was a guy with poor english skills that told me it went to Wyoming, I knew that was false so I asked to speak to someone else, then got an american and she said 3 times it went to Denver, then said something about a Denver Field Office in Ohio. I asked how long I should expect this process to take and she said 9 months ( I hope that means total time). I really don't see how hard it could be to give people straight answers, and if they would put it in the email where it went, they wouldn't have people calling them up annoying them.

It's almost pointless to even call anymore. The customer service line is only there to have a person answer the phone as a service... They know nothing and have no clue about anything... How can they say " A Denver Field office in Ohio"? Really, they should know their basic geography AT LEAST ! ! ! ! They rattle of a timeframe as if they are just looking to pacify for the moment. It makes me sick. Why bother even having a dumbass human on the other end of the line??? I'd rather have a prerecorded message with real info...

Well said!!

Maybe, instead of hiring ppl for the CS line, who know nothing or are not allowed to tell you certain things, maybe they should invest in putting more Adjudicators into the system. Perhaps that way, the cases will get processed more quickly and the call volume would go down.

One strange thing one ifthe Tier 1, CS Reps said to me was, "Oh, your case is at the NBC; everything there is so 'hush-hush' there.". I found that very odd.

found this on USCIS Processing Page today.

Read the email from USCIS field office director:
THE REASON WHY IT IS TAKING SO LONG TO GET I130 APPROVAL IS DUE TO DACA (deffered action for illegal immigrants). WE ARE SUFFERING FOR TRYING TO DO THINGS THE LEGAL WAY. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORDS AND TAKE
ACTION. EMAIL YOUR CONGRESSMEN AND STAY ACTIVE. THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE CHANGES.

Importance: High

Please see the following information which describes the workload shift from the NBC to the field. NBC is seeking to bring on additional staff to assist with their increased workload due to DACA. As they gain more staff, the NBC will resume its current case preparation processes and take back the adjudication of the stand-alone IR I-130 petitions. The timeframe that they will resume this work is unknown at this time.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Why is this country so dead-set on helping illegals ? There are really zero benefits to being a USC anymore.

Why is is so difficult to handle the backlog for USC BEFORE extending help to people who came here illegally and stay illegally? Why don't they have to go back to their own countries while waiting on their paperwork like our spouses do? I sure hope they are charging them HEFTY fines for being out of status? I doubt it but I can wish...

Meanwhile we pay a fee so our files can be pushed aside so they can be processed FIRST !!

SOOOO ANNOYING

it because the illegals aren't paying taxes... once they are legalize, they are able to pay taxes... this is how this country works...

I don't want to get into a huge illegal conversation because I always get the moderators pissed ! ! But I will say one thing.... I don't think the illegals will change their ways. If you can give a phoney name and get free healthcare, why would you give your real name and accumulate bills you have to pay? Just saying...
