This evening, the first transfer notice was received.

I tried to update my timeline, but the transfer date is not showing. Perhaps it will show once I enter the "To Where" service center location. For now, I entered the transfer info into the comments section.

They usually forwarded the case to the nearest USCIS local office where the petitioner reside. so probably our case was forwarded in California Service Center.

Our nearest would be Nebraska of the ones I have seen people transferred to here. I hope thats a good thing, but who knows with this process.

LOL, no they don't. Petitioner address has nothing to do with service center address where your case will be transferred to. I live 200 miles from the TX service center, but my case is in CA, 1600 miles away.

I See, thanks for that info. as i said I'm not sure.. which local office our case was transferred but i feel its in California service center. i only said that most cases they transferred in the nearest petitioner reside. based on what i read from other website.that their topic is also from immigration. so to make sure which local office.. its better to call them directly.

Ignore that message. USCIS is sending out the petitions to one of three service centers based on their workload capacity, not petitioner residence. At least this time they are attempting to balance the workload, unlike the disaster in local field offices.
