I-130 MARCH 2013 FILERS!! NBC

March filers:

Here is the spreadsheet for transfers on Google docs. As you can see, there is a lot of key information missing. If you see any key information (transfer, location, NOA2) that you know to be incorrect, let me know by leaving a comment on the doc. I would provide an editable document that we could collaborate on, but as I mentioned before, some of the Excel 2010 functions do not work properly on Google Spreadsheets.

Once again, Thank you for this document. When you see it all aligned in this type of format, it gives me BIG HOPE! I am truly believing by Nov. 30 most March filers will recieve their NOA2. Then off to the races on praying NVC speeds up even though it is the holiday. Truly truly hope our loved ones will be here no later than Valentines Day! Is that to far off to believe for or towards?

Let us hope so. :)

Does anyone know the current processing time at NVC? I know nothing about that portion, with the exception of, there will be more money to pay, more docs to submit and more time to wait.

I have read horror stories of some who have had their cases in a "limbo", if you will, for like four months, when their case was transferred from USCIS, to NVC. ERGGGGG!!!!

Of the transfers, for the last week of march, are they all usc's living in the US? I cannot figure out how to view that information on the profiles.

When I asked this, I meant to ask:

Of the ppl, with a pd of march 21 - 29, who have already been transferred, who has the USC living inside of the US? It seemed like anyone already transferred, with a pd of after march 21, has the USC maybe not living Stateside. ??

Sorry if my previous post was too vague.

Our PD is March 26th and have yet to be transferred. My husband is living outside the US in Toronto Canada. I just called USCIS a few min ago and they gave me same story processing Oct 2012 applications. So frustrating....

You will get snail mail that tells you where it was transferred. Like the above person stated only three places get our I-130 Nebraska, Texas or California. I just got my letters yesterday my wife and two children went to Nebraska.

My husband didn't get any mails that the petition was transferred. Or maybe not yet.

Are there any chances of not the petition not gonna be approved? Any experiences anyone?? cray5ol.gif

I'm from Indonesia (the beneficiary), and my husband is a USC.

USCIS

06/04/2011: Got married in Surabaya, Indonesia

03/10/2013: (Some time at these dates) Filed I-130 through a lawyer

03/25/2013: Priority date, NOA1

11/08/2013: Case was transferred to Texas Service Center

11/16/2013: Case update: "was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office."

11/25/2013: NOA2. Post Decision Activity: APPROVED (by Texas Service Center)

12/05/2013: Received NOA2 in the mail.

12/19/2013: "Shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing."

NVC

01/03/2014: NVC received our case work.

03/26/2014: Called NVC and they said that there's an error on the affidavit support and they didn't get copy of my passport. This case, I blame our lawyer.

I'm a March filer too! We are using an attorney. Got NOA1 on March 25, 2013.

So my husband just got an email that my case is in Texas, at the NBC. But on November 8th, 2013, USCIS said that my case was transferred to local office. Can anyone please tell me what happen? Is NBC a local office?!?! I don't think so.

How long until I get to hear the decision?

Thanks a lot.

The NBC isn't in Texas. It's in Lee's Summit, Missouri. (And possibly Overland Park, Kansas, but maybe not.) What the transfers from the NBC have been getting are 3 emails. Once you get the hardcopy it should tell you to which Service Center you've been transferred. If you're impatient, call the USCIS and tell them you are confused and getting conflicting information. They will send you to a Tier 2, who should be able to tell you where your file actually is. Good luck!
