I called USCIS, this morning, and the message said, due to the federal holiday, today, live assistance is not available. Automated assistance is available. Hopefully, just the Call Center is closed and not the section that is doing the transfers. All we have is HOPE. :)

I sure hope so. This is driving me insane not even getting a transfer notice, that will at least give me some hope.

Yes, 11 November is and always will be (regardless of the day of the week) a federal holiday for Veteran's Day. If the 11th is on a weekend, they'll honor the holiday on the following Monday. Only one day though so they'll be back on Tuesday.

Hi Guys, My priority date is March 19 and I was transferred to Nebraska service center on 6th from MSC. I am a US Citizen and I have two I 130's pending with USCIS (for my wife and daughter). I have a question the transfer letter I received shows my name as the petitioner but also my Alien #. Does anybody else has that too.. I just want to make sure that my lawyer did not screw anything and did not file as permanent a resident filing for spouse and children under 18. Is there a way to find that out?

I am also a March 19 filer and got the same transfer and letter. I also have a wife and two minor children all were transferred to Nebraska Service Center. It does list my petition I130 for Alien Relative. It also states on the letter if you submitted Premium Processing application or petition. It look like your application will be processed in 15 days. I wonder how you can do this and this is at the Nebraska Center. I also found a chart about the Nebraska Center here's the website http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=4&office=4&charttype=2

In this Chart it show the current volume to be 23 I130 application as of August 2013 at the Nebraska Center. But in the Field Office Processing Dates for Nebraska Service Center as of: August 31, 2013 chart it show the date of October 1, 2012 for I 130 applications. What this mean if you have not been processed and your date is October 1, 2012 or before you can ask them to speed it up. This mean for me I just have to wait 5 more months before I could ask. LOL

I think this just show how clueless the government worker and they cannot get a straight answer. I do not blame them its again the people in charge that need to be accountable.

I am a March 18th filer. I got a transfer letter saying that my I-130 went to California, and a couple days later I got an email saying it was transferred to my local USCIS office which would be Pittsburgh. Hopefully it won't take many more months to be approved.

This is what I see in the timelines:

Transfers by center:

T: 11
N: 15
C: 25
NOA2 by center:
T: 0
N: 1
C: 2

I based my stats on what is reported in this thread and igor's list. My stats are woefully incomplete. Spreadsheet updated.

These stats are made of reports in this thread, igor's list, and the timelines.

TSC: 14

NSC: 25

CSC: 29

Transferred, but SC unknown: 25

New total: 93

This is getting close to the actual total of March filers with timelines. I guess the NBC is going to transfer most, if not all, March filers.

07/29/2014 - NOA1

11/19/2014 - Transfer to TSC

12/19/2014 - NOA2

01/15/2014 - NVC Received (TSC held it for 3 weeks...)

02/19/2014 - Case no. and IIN assigned; requested embassy change

02/27/2014 - DS-261 available and submitted

02/28/2014 - AOS available and paid

03/19/2014 - AOS mailed

03/27/2014 - AOS entered into system

03/24/2014 - New case no. assigned

03/25/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

03/28/2014 - IV package sent via FedEx

04/26/2014 - case complete

06/01/2014 - passed interview

March filers:

Here is the spreadsheet for transfers on Google docs. As you can see, there is a lot of key information missing. If you see any key information (transfer, location, NOA2) that you know to be incorrect, let me know by leaving a comment on the doc. I would provide an editable document that we could collaborate on, but as I mentioned before, some of the Excel 2010 functions do not work properly on Google Spreadsheets.

Once again, Thank you for this document. When you see it all aligned in this type of format, it gives me BIG HOPE! I am truly believing by Nov. 30 most March filers will recieve their NOA2. Then off to the races on praying NVC speeds up even though it is the holiday. Truly truly hope our loved ones will be here no later than Valentines Day! Is that to far off to believe for or towards?
