Got Two e-Mails ......

When will i get third number e-mail? Any one idea ?

I never got a third e-mail, but when I called USCIS they said my case was already in Nebraska.

THE THIRD EMAIL SHOULD TELL YOU THE SERVICE CENTER THEY'VE SENT YOUR CASE TO FOR PROCESSING. AFTER ABOUT TWO WEEKS (GIVE OR TAKE A FEW DAYS) YOUR CASE'LL BE APPROVED THEN SENT TO THE VISA CENTER. THIS IS FROM WHAT I'VE BEEN GATHERING ON HERE

I've got three e-mails; first one told of transfer, second one told of transfer to local office, and third one told it was transferred to a USCIS office and is being processed. I don't think you get the details of the service center where your case was transferred to via the e-mail, you either have to call or wait for the snail mail notification to know about it.

 

 

I'm the beneficiary, wife of USC.
12/30/2012: Got engaged.
1/16/2013: Got married in India.

I-130:
2/28/2013: Attorney mailed the I-130 from a U.S. address.
3/4/2013: Priority date, NOA1.
11/6/2013: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

1/6/2014: 60 days of transfer are up, put in an e-request, given 30 days' time. Contacted the senator. Senator asked to wait till Feb 6 and if nothing then she will do something.
2/5/2014: Website status changed to RFE.
2/10/2014: Attorney gets RFE. They need G325A and photos of both me and husband, original marriage certificate, copy of marriage record and it's translation.
2/15/2014: Mailed the requisite documents to husband.
2/19/2014: Documents received by husband.
2/24/2014: RFE mailed.
2/26/2014: Case status changed to RFE review.
3/6/2014: After 367 days, NOA2.

After approval kept calling NVC but NVC always had one reply, file was not in their system. Husband too called USCIS National Customer Service Center and was told case was sent to NVC.
4/2/2014: Write to NSCFollowup to know about the status of the petition.
4/10/2014: Put in a ?service request with USCIS starting with OVP to locate case.
4/16/2014: Reply from NSCFollowup that the U.S. law prohibited that office from responding to anyone other than the petitioner and to have the petitioner contact them.
4/18/2014: Sent email to NVC Research to locate the case.
4/22/2014: Petitioner sent email to NSCFollowup
5/14/2014: Receive email from NVC Research that they do not have a record of receiving the petition.
5/16/2014: Congressman's immigration caseworker contacted supervisor at NSC who said the petition is pending and will be dispatched in two weeks.
5/27/2014: Petitioner received response from NSCFollowup that the case was pending an internal extended review. Really?
6/19/2014: USCIS case status change, "On June 19, 2014, we shipped this case..."
7/1/2014: Case received at NVC.
7/14/2014: NVC case number assigned.
8/1/2014: AOS and IV fees invoiced.
8/2/2014: AOS and IV fees paid.
8/5/2014: AOS and IV fees status changed to paid.
8/6/2014: AOS and IV packages mailed, completed and submitted DS-260.
8/7/2014: AOS and IV packages delivered to NVC.
8/8/2014: AOS and IV packages put into the system (scanned).
9/20/2014: Get the 60-day email.
9/30/2014: Case Complete!
10/3/2014: Interview scheduled for November 7.
10/20/2014: Medical appointment.

11/07/2014: Interview.

I've got three e-mails; first one told of transfer, second one told of transfer to local office, and third one told it was transferred to a USCIS office and is being processed. I don't think you get the details of the service center where your case was transferred to via the e-mail, you either have to call or wait for the snail mail notification to know about it.

Here is my Transfer Update. I got my snail mail today telling me my application were transferred to Nebraska Service Center. We should start a section when you get transferred what Service Center is the fastest and then we could start a timeline for each Center. Here are the three Service centers you will be transferred to Nebraska, Texas and California. When it said your local Service Center these are the only ones your application will be sent. Got my email and text on November 5 my application were being transferred on November 6. My NOA1 is March 19, 2013. I am still going to my infopass have some question how long I have to replay to a NOA2 when I get it. I am leaving to visit my family in December for two months. Is the new system for the D-230 change to a online application D-260. Has anyone started this after there NOA2. I read that this changed on September 1, 2013. Good luck to everyone

Yeah I got four emails. They were "another office", "local office", "another office", "a USCIS office". The first notice was sent on Oct 31, so I'm assuming that's the day it was sent to Texas. I got an email for the "USCIS office" on Nov 6, but my current status online doesn't have a date. I'm hoping it was sent Oct 31, not Nov 6. But hell, if I get an approval before November is up I'll be over the damn moon! :D

Hi everyone :) just got my notice in mail today. The notice date is 11/6 and my receipt date is 3/20 transferred to Nebraska. Keep u guys posted on a hopeful approval :) got email notices on 11/5 and 11/6

Four weeks is what they told my attorney, but I think they will approve before that because I saw three cases at Nebraska being approved around two weeks.

Ya, I haven't kept track of 'how many' have come from Nebraska since I just now started keeping track in my head. I have seen one from Texas and two from California (where mine is at), and many more from Nebraska (just a guess based on all the posts - hard to keep track when so many people say congrats to posts about approvals). But everything I've noticed is almost exactly 10 'work days' from "your case has been transferred AND IS BEING PROCESSED" to being approved.

Grr, I'm the only one at Texas??

I'm at Texas too.

-Met in Ghana August 2011

-Went back to Ghana April 2012

-Went back to Ghana December 2012

-Married to the man God created just for me on January 4th, 2013.

-Filed the CR-1 in February 2013

-Petition Transfered from National Benefits Center to Texas Service Center October 2013

-Petition APPROVED January 2014 (*Took 10 Months 19 Calendar Days)

-Case Number/Invoice Identification Number Assigned February 2014 (*Took 33 Calendar Days)

-Approved Interview May 2014

-Arrival May 2014

Now, We are Prayerfully taking everything 1 day at a time. Thanking God for his blessings and grace.

We never got a third email too, and same as yours when we called they said our case is already in Nebraska. We recieved the second email regarding the transfer last Nov. 1. We haven't received any snail mail regarding the transfer as well sleep.png

We haven't received any snail mail or even email regarding our case but when we checked our status it's say it was transferred oct 25th then now processed on a uscis office. When my husband talked to a uscis rep, he said it was transferred to lee summit, grrrrr what's happening? Pd mar 11 as well.

Lee Summit MO is the NBC. Did your husband talk to Tier 1 or Tier 2? They told me that too, then later they told me CSC, so they could be wrong... But I would expect something early next week based on other timelines. At least I hope so.

How can he talk to a tier 2? I think he always talk to a tier 1. Yes Lee Summit is NBC that's why i'm wondering a lot about it. Good luck, hope to hear some good news soon. Thank you.

Dec 23 - AOS fee bill invoiced

Dec 28 - AOS shows PAID

Dec 28 - IV fee bill invoiced

Jan 12, 2014 - sent out AOS Package

Jan 18 - IV fee shows PAID

Jan 18 - DS-260 available

Jan 19 - Completed/Submitted DS-260 online

Jan 26 - IV Package sent to NVC

Feb 03 - IV package under review (wait for 30 days to complete)

Feb 06 - advance medical done (results & cd on-hand)

Feb 10 - AOS package has been reviewed and completed (by email) (25 days)

Feb 24 - IV package has been reviewed & completed  (by phone call) (22 days)  

Feb 24 - Case Completed (phone call & email)

Feb 28 - received an email about my interview appointment (P4 letter)

April 04, 2014 - Interview Schedule (by email)
April 04 - Administrative processing ( due to missing AOS documents, sent out right away)
April 07/08 - still AP
April 11 - AP changed to Ready (for interview)
April 11 - Ready changed to ISSUED (Thanks God!)

April 22 - Visa received

May 10 - My most awaited date! My flight to San Diego CA.

 

May 23 - applied for SSN. June 2 - received my SSN Jun 9 - got a job. July 21 - received my green card (wrong expiration date and combined first and middle name, filed for I-90-correction) Aug 08 - applied for a state ID Sep 05 - biometrics appointment  Oct 09 - received my state ID Nov 03 - post decision activity (I-90 application) Nov 07 - card/document production (need to wait for 30 days for my new green card) Nov 10 - received the new green card (2 months & 5 days)
