I hope there wasn't a glitch on mine - NOA1 was March 14th - it says it was approved - Funny thing is I just called about a week ago to check on the status. Not sure if that helped. - My only worry is no texts or emails of notification.

Post Decision Activity

On November 4, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

I'm March 14th too!! I hope I get approved soon!

Guys mine was last updated Nov. 5th, and since then it says that it was sent to a local office..called USCIS and they also said local office

But no one from here has been transferred to a local office, what do you guys think? My PD is March 18.

My PD is also March 18. I called on the 5th (mine ALSO said local office online) and the customer service person said it was going to "my local office" which was Houston, but they couldn't verify that. I called today, pretended I was more confused than I really am, and they forwarded me to a Tier 2 rep, and he told me it was actually at California Service Center. I too, don't think any are transferring to a local office. The initial reps you talk on the phone know the least of anyone about our cases. So I'd suggest calling tomorrow, asking to talk to a Tier 2 rep by telling them you keep getting conflicting information from customer service, letter, and the website online. That's what I told them. Good luck, and let us know what you find out.

Dec 25, 2013 - Paid AOS fee online (Merry Christmas!!!)
Dec 27, 2013 - AOS fee payment cleared bank, so mailed AOS package to NVC. Paid IV package fee online
Dec 30, 2013 - IV fee payment cleared bank, so mailed IV package to NVC
Dec 31, 2013 - AOS package arrived at NVC
Jan 6, 2014 - IV package arrived at NVC
Jan 7, 2014 - Submitted DS-260 online
Jan 24, 2014 - Received checklist via email (said reviewed DS-260 and instructed me to send in civil documents). I called NVC to verify I can ignore checklist and they said yes, to ignore it.
Jan 27, 2014 - Called NVC and was told that our case is complete and that we're just waiting for an interview appointment date.
Jan 29, 2014- Called NVC and was told that our interview was scheduled for March 10, 2014. Also registered for St Luke medical exam online.
Jan 30, 2014 - Received P4 letter in email.
US Embassy (Manila) / Medical (St. Luke's)
- called embassy every day after the interview, during AP status and after visa status changed to "Issued," asking about status update and visa delivery timeframe
Feb 4-5, 2014 - Wife went to medical exam (took two days), results mailed to US Embassy in Manila.
Feb 7, 2014, Package sent from NVC to US Embassy in Manila (according to NVC phone operator).
Feb 10, 2014 - CEAC website updated case as "In Transit."
Feb 11, 2014 - DHL website shows case as delivered to US Embassy in Manila.
Feb 12, 2014 - Called US Embassy in Manila and interview rescheduled for Feb 25th.
Feb 25, 2014 - "Approved," but we have to submit CENOMAR then wait for visa after it's processed, so I guess technically it's in Administrative Processing (AP).
Mar 17, 2014 - CEAC website, visa status changed to "Issued." Now we wait for pickup/delivery.
Mar 21, 2014 - Juvy picked up visa from 2GO location, got CFO stamp, and I booked her ticket.
Mar 22, 2014 - Juvy left Manila, through Japan and Detroit, and finally onto Houston!! :-)
THE REST OF MY LIFE CAN NOW OFFICIALLY BEGIN!!!

Our case was last touched on 11/05 and the text said 'transferred to your local office,' but didn't mention any kind of snail mail followup. Does that usually follow in a transfer?

I had that same question and asked them today with Tier 2. They said a letter was mailed to me on the 5th, same day my status changed just like yours did. No letter has arrived but they said it's on its way.

Greetings all

Just got two texts from USCIS (from 2 different numbers 15 minutes apart) and then one email that my case status has changed.

"On November 7, 2013, we transferred this case I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

PD is 3/29

Is any one keeping track of the approvals after transfers and how long its taking after a transfer to get approved?

You will be in one of three service centers: CSC, NSC, or TSC. The local office notice is a mistake. Yes, tier 1 and 2 are both known to give false information all the time.

07/29/2014 - NOA1

11/19/2014 - Transfer to TSC

12/19/2014 - NOA2

01/15/2014 - NVC Received (TSC held it for 3 weeks...)

02/19/2014 - Case no. and IIN assigned; requested embassy change

02/27/2014 - DS-261 available and submitted

02/28/2014 - AOS available and paid

03/19/2014 - AOS mailed

03/27/2014 - AOS entered into system

03/24/2014 - New case no. assigned

03/25/2014 - IV fee invoiced and paid

03/28/2014 - IV package sent via FedEx

04/26/2014 - case complete

06/01/2014 - passed interview

if u go to USCIS website and login to your account u will see Last Updated date...

That is what we call touched

I did that and it said mine was last touched on March 28th. My file date was March 26th. And when had my info pass the guy told me it was touched oct 16th but it was not updated online.

I'm the beneficiary, wife of USC.
12/30/2012: Got engaged.
1/16/2013: Got married in India.

I-130:
2/28/2013: Attorney mailed the I-130 from a U.S. address.
3/4/2013: Priority date, NOA1.
11/6/2013: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

1/6/2014: 60 days of transfer are up, put in an e-request, given 30 days' time. Contacted the senator. Senator asked to wait till Feb 6 and if nothing then she will do something.
2/5/2014: Website status changed to RFE.
2/10/2014: Attorney gets RFE. They need G325A and photos of both me and husband, original marriage certificate, copy of marriage record and it's translation.
2/15/2014: Mailed the requisite documents to husband.
2/19/2014: Documents received by husband.
2/24/2014: RFE mailed.
2/26/2014: Case status changed to RFE review.
3/6/2014: After 367 days, NOA2.

After approval kept calling NVC but NVC always had one reply, file was not in their system. Husband too called USCIS National Customer Service Center and was told case was sent to NVC.
4/2/2014: Write to NSCFollowup to know about the status of the petition.
4/10/2014: Put in a ?service request with USCIS starting with OVP to locate case.
4/16/2014: Reply from NSCFollowup that the U.S. law prohibited that office from responding to anyone other than the petitioner and to have the petitioner contact them.
4/18/2014: Sent email to NVC Research to locate the case.
4/22/2014: Petitioner sent email to NSCFollowup
5/14/2014: Receive email from NVC Research that they do not have a record of receiving the petition.
5/16/2014: Congressman's immigration caseworker contacted supervisor at NSC who said the petition is pending and will be dispatched in two weeks.
5/27/2014: Petitioner received response from NSCFollowup that the case was pending an internal extended review. Really?
6/19/2014: USCIS case status change, "On June 19, 2014, we shipped this case..."
7/1/2014: Case received at NVC.
7/14/2014: NVC case number assigned.
8/1/2014: AOS and IV fees invoiced.
8/2/2014: AOS and IV fees paid.
8/5/2014: AOS and IV fees status changed to paid.
8/6/2014: AOS and IV packages mailed, completed and submitted DS-260.
8/7/2014: AOS and IV packages delivered to NVC.
8/8/2014: AOS and IV packages put into the system (scanned).
9/20/2014: Get the 60-day email.
9/30/2014: Case Complete!
10/3/2014: Interview scheduled for November 7.
