Priority Date is March 29th, 2013. Our case was not transferred. But its still no "INITIAL REVIEW"...protest6wz.gif

I suggest you call customer service and get hold of tier-2 or make an infopass appointment - good luck.

what is info pass? will they give us another explanation on our case status other than our case status on USCIS dashboard?because my husband called the USCIS hotline and he just heard a voice prompt saying the same thing that they received our case March 29, 2013 and still on Initial review. thanks,

From what i have been reading, your case may not transfer until maybe this friday or monday, at least that is what I am hoping.

My pd is march 28

I received my first transfer notice via text and e-mail Oct. 31st, then my 2nd on Nov. 1.

When should I receive my paper notice on where it is exactly?

Hi everyone, timeline is below. Just saw status change to transferred to local office today, called USCIS, and they recommended I get infopass appointment at my local office - only way they could suggest that I get any information other than "I'm sorry I can't see any processing times based on your application/receipt number/case/etc. It may be a waste of time at the appointment, but it can't seem to hurt...
Just saw this site/forum a few days ago, and just caught up with all the posts over the last few days. I can relate to everyone's thoughts and have gotten pretty much all the same questions, answers, thoughts, etc that everyone else has experienced. I'm just trying to be as patient as I can be. And I'm NOT a very patient person, so it's been tough...
Oh, and I'm from Texas, and my wife is in the Philippines. I'll be going over there this year for Christmas. I was hoping she could fly back with me, but it looks like that won't happen. Oh well, at least I get to see her again. I left PI six days after we got married and we've Skyped or Facebooked every day since. It will be good to be together again soon, even if it's just for a few weeks, until she can get approved and get over here. Good luck to everyone else also!!

02/14/2014-Sent AOS Packet

02/26/2014- IV Invoice

02/27/2014- Sent IV Packet

03/20/2014- Case Complete at NVC. Still waiting for interview date

5/8/2014- Interview :)

Just got approved! I am so happy, was in the meeting and got a notification on my cell that my case got approved! I have updated the timeline fellow VJ'rs! I wish you all best of luck smile.png

Wait for a week or so, looking at the ppl getting transferred at VJ it seems like they are transferring March 20th filers, My PD is March 27th and hasn't been transferred yet, but i think it will within a week or so.
