Hello Fellow March 20ther! In the same boat here. I've been contacting everyone I possibly can to let them know that this is a horrible problem, and also try and get my file looked at. Something seriously needs to be done to fix this. The USCIS should have plans in place to avoid this kind of issue.

Exactly! I have not pursued contacting anyone aside from a couple calls to USCIS in the beginning. I keep a close eye on VJ so that I have an idea of what everyone else is experiencing and if someone finds something that works, I am gonna be all over it!! Otherwise just trying to make sure I research every aspect of my situation so that when approvals come in, I am totally ready for the next steps. It helps so much being on this site and having some camaraderie as we all slowly creep through this time in our lives ;)

I keep hoping that since I haven't gotten a transfer notice yet that is means they are gonna approve it. That's my wishful thinking going into this weekend!! haha star_smile.gif

today i have seen my status updated to

On November 1, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

when will they decide for further process??

I keep hoping that since I haven't gotten a transfer notice yet that is means they are gonna approve it. That's my wishful thinking going into this weekend!! haha star_smile.gif

hehe that's how I have been thinking, but looks like they are transferring second week of march filers so mine will be in line for transfer.

I am a march filer PD is march 21 my question is in June 2013 I HD to change my mailing address with USCIS does that also change my PD because I'm seeing a lot of March filers getting transfered pretty much in order except for mine just curious if any one know about PD thank u

July 21 - received my green card (wrong expiration date and combined first and middle name, filed for I-90-correction) Aug 08 - applied for a state ID Sep 05 - biometrics appointment  Oct 09 - received my state ID Nov 03 - post decision activity (I-90 application) Nov 07 - card/document production (need to wait for 30 days for my new green card) Nov 10 - received the new green card (2 months & 5 days)

How can we send e-request ? I tried, but after filling out my info they gave me 2 options which none of them where my concern? I gave up...

I just filled out a request. I picked Non delivery of ASC appointment notice, and in the text I just said I haven't received anything but transfer notices, and asked if there is anything that can be done to move the process along to an approval or resolution, just playing dumb :)I'm sure they will ignore it, but figured trying to poke them with a stick might help somehow.

i sent mine march 13 and they recived it on march 14. today is november 2 and i recived a transfer notice from NBC to NSC. has anyone got this letter and can tell me how much longer until i recieve approval.

by the way i am new here

I was transferred on Friday, Nov 1st. My PD is 14th of March, and I changed my address on July 26th. So I would say based on my experience, changing my address didn't stop me from getting transferred. That's all I can say in that regard.
