They're trying to say that until the processing date on their website is listed as something beyond March 20th, they won't open a service request and there's nothing they can do for me nor any information they can give me. Could be a year. Could be longer.

And I wouldn't count on Ted Cruz's support, tbh.

Just got the same notice as well, case transferred to local field office which is PHOENIX in my case:

On October 23, 2013, we transferred your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

it looks like all February filers are being transferred and March filers right now are being processed at NBC ..
