just received an email

I am assuming they already started

USCIS recently began transferring some casework from the National Benefits Center to the Nebraska, Texas and California Service Centers to balance overall operational workload. The affected casework includes the following form:

Effect on Customers

If your case was transferred, USCIS will send you a notice listing the transfer date and where your case will be processed. Your original receipt number will not change and this will not further delay the processing of your case.

No. Some of us have done some settings to receive notification via email, whenever USCIS has an update on their site, no matter the subject. U can do it too. On the same site u check your case status.

Some IOs work from home. Maybe they go in on Sundays to drop off the already adjudicated files, scan them into the system, grab more files, and go home ;)

5/22/2014- AOS package overnighted to NVC

5/28/2014- AOS scanned into the system

6/20/2014- IV invoice email (but fee still locked on CEAC )

6/23/2014- IV fee finally unlocked and paid.

there were a couple approvals on Saturday the other week. ( 2 April filers) That approval is for an I-130 but it could be for something other than a spouse. Or maybe for someone who is here in the states already. Not to take away your thunder.... Sorry. You can't go by picking random case numbers... There are too many I-130 types out there.

it is for a spouse or orphan.. and i believe 99% it is a March 11th petition.
