hi! so any approvals yet? A friend of mine got approved because her case was expedited and she did not tell me the reason why, i dont know if giving birth is one of the reason to expedite a case.

I doubt giving birth is consider as expedite. And no approvals from march, but it seems like they are approving april filers so may be our turn is around the corner.

Childbirth is not a expedite reason. Even a c-section is not a reason.

I've been watching for this because it usually comes out around mid-month, but they haven't posted new data yet. I was wondering where 11 months came from, too.

on the phone with these douchebags now.... the 11 month update for NBC was just added in yesterday. They say that they are still approving from October of '12.....

yes, my wife has also called yesterday for the inquiry of our case at service center and they replied the same answer that they are still approving the october 2012 cases..

they probably sent out a broadcast email to all case workers to fin out what the oldest case was..... and October was it, so they decided to give everyone that information....

since NBC seems as they are approving i-130 petitions from different months, only question for now is when is my petition getting approved? that's the question everyone is doing..

the only thing now for me is being patient and waiting for them to approve it soon.

i have learned patient is a very difficult thing to do, but not impossible

So I had service request put in on tuesday, tier 2 called back and she told me that uscis is working on august 2012 cases and i should hear from them by may 2013. None of the tier 2 gives you same answer :/

Well finally I see a light at the end of tunnel. Our case wasn't showing up online at all (starts with MSC) and finally it did! I just checked and it was routed to local office 2 days ago, made me some what happy that at the very least it's getting some attention as it's been 2 weeks shy of 8 months. BTW, my local office is Chicago.

hi guys any update regarding march approval...
