How many people are in your household? Do you have children?

* I-130/CR-1 visa by Direct Consular Filing in London
3rd May 2013 - Married in London

7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

 

* How? Read my DCF London I-130 for CR1/IR1 Spouse Guide

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)
7th August 2015 - Approved / GC production

27th August 2015 - 10 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:
1st May 2016 - N-400 window opened
20th August 2016 - N-400 filed

26th August 2016 - NOA1
13th September 2016 - Biometrics

12th January 2017 - Biometrics (again)
30th May 2017 - Interview (approved)
7th June 2017 - Oath

yeah i have but they live with their dad

All minor children are counted in your household size no matter where they live. It seems you will need a co-sponsor as $20k is not enough for a household of more than 2.

so me and my co sponsor need to fille the i-134 and the I-864 both of us ??!

Does Morocco require both the I-134 and I-864? If so, then yes. Usually it is just the I-134 that is used for the K-1 visa and the USC petitioner provides their I-134 and the co-sponsor provides their own separate I-134. Some consulates have different requirements though, so if your consulate wants the I-864 instead, then use it. Not sure why you would need both affidavit of support forms together form each sponsor.

I mean on the consulat website they just asking for the I-134 and they did not say anything about the I-864... the whole point that i just want my fiance be in safe side .

i mean there is no sign of the I-864 but u know i just want be sure that there is no big prob if i will just fill the I-134 . well this is what they asking for the interview documents :


Documents Required for the Visa Interview


  • Birth certificate
  • Police certificate (fiche anthropometrique)
  • Court record (casier judiciare) and English translation
  • Singlehood certificate
  • Original marriage certificate plus a copy and English translation if applicable
  • Original divorce certificate plus a copy and English translation if applicable
  • Death certificate and English translation if applicable
  • Medical record from one of our panel physicians
  • 2 photos (5cm x 5cm) white background
  • $240 paid in cash at the Consulate, in either U.S. Dollars or the equivalent in Moroccan Dirhams.
  • I-134 Affidavit of Support form (with petitioner's original signature) along with a copy of the petitioner's most recent tax return
    • Please note that the petitioner must fill out the I-134 form even if he or she thinks that their income does not meet the Poverty Income Guidelines

  • The beneficiary of the K petition must also fill out two copies of theDS-156 form as well as one copy each of the DS-156K, DS-157, and DS-230 forms. These forms will be sent to the applicant by the Consulate, or can be found online by clicking on the links above.
