well my Vj family, am happy we received our approval notice yesterday, now am just wondering how much more do i have to wait, how long it takes to get the case number.... has anyone been to Nairobi embassy recently? what are the questions asked during the interview? do i need to carry the western union receipts too as evidence because we didn't take much pictures so i have few about 30 of them and our mails maybe.... lastly am still a little worried about my f1 denial of last year, do you think they could bring that in? thank you in advance for your replied and God bless you all

Congratulations for your NOA2.good.gifgood.gif Usually it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get your case number. As for your f1 denial it might be ask during interview but be equip yourself with more proofs. And answer all questions truthfully. Be positive. I wish you good luck and the best for the rest of your process!! dancin5hr.gifdancin5hr.gif

03/17/2011 ----- NOA2 (I-129F approved)

03/23/2011 ----- NOA2 hard copy received

03/29/2011 ----- NVC received our Case

04/04/2011 ----- NVC letter received and case forwarded to US embassy Manila

04/08/2011 ----- US Embassy Manila received our case (Consulate)

04/15/2011 ----- Paid VISA at BPI

04/16/2011 ----- Received Eligibility Letter from US Embassy Manila dated April 8, 2011

04/25/2011 ----- 1st day of Medical

04/26/2011 ----- 2nd day of Medical (I PASSED!! Thank you Lord!!)

05/13/2011 ----- Interview (221g - Case under Administrative Processing "AP")

08/12/2011 ----- Received an email from the embassy "Case is pending review by a consular officer"

Congrats to you on getting your NOA2 approval! After your case file arrives @ NVC a case number will be issued in about a week or two

30 pics should be good,western union receipts are fine to have with you just incase!, emails,phone records,facebook,MSN and skype chat logs are a good idea too.

You don't wanna have too much to overwhelm the interviewer and you shouldn't have too less either!

As for the questions.... It's the same old ..... just be honest and ready to back up ya answers with proof and all will be well.
