Hello everyone,

I have a quick question about these two requirements on the step by step guide for AOS. Do they want this info ONLY for the non U.S. citizen spouse? What about me, the petitioner? I remember sending my information for I-129f and I-130. Should I assume that for AOS, they only want the foreign spouse's G-325A and passport photos?

11. Two passport-type photos (see specification) of the Non US Citizen Spouse. Write the full name on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

12. G-325A (all four pages) filled out, signed and dated

You do not need passport photos or the biographic information for the USC spouse. I would just include a copy of your passport or birth certificate.

I agree with Elena, for the I-130 you need 1 photo and G-325A filled out and signed by the USC, I also included a copy of my USC spouse birth certificate.

Good luck

Elena wasn't asking what is needed for the I-130. She was asking what is needed for AOS, and photos or biographic info for the USC is not needed for AOS.

Elena, You are not now the petitioner... that part of of this process is finished... Your husband is now applying for adjustment of status (on his own but based on your marriage).

Yes just your spouses info but I did also include a copy of my husbands US birth certificate.
