He's no cleric of mine. That's my point. There is no one focal point for anything that has a population behind. As much I as I would like to say I speak for all of my people I can't. You can't hold the entire religion responsible for a few people.

1. I think we go too far in protecting Islam from the same kind of attacks other religions or secular groups face in this country. You will have to admit they do have a bit of a P R problem, most of it self inflicted

2. The Catholic church thing is a perfect example. I never heard a loud and ringing .outrage from the Catholic church in regards to the child abuse.Ditto with Islam on Terrorism, the abuse of women, human rights. Until I do I will criticize both religions

However it's cool to speak out against Catholics and their misdeeds. Doing so about Islam will get you banned..

How much catholic bashing goes on here vs Islam bashing? You have folks who create puppet accounts just to post some ####### from a well know hate site when it comes to Islam. I have yet to see any muslims calling for the killings or removal of any other religion here. It's always the other way around.

You don't know if James Holmes, Adam Lanza, or any other person that went on a shooting spee did it because they were mental, or it could have been religious in nature.
