I've personally experienced in the 2 years we've been carrying on:

1. Pretty bad acne breakout(worst I've had since in my teens)

2. Unscheduled visit from 'Aunt Flow'

3. Major financial malfunction(I banked with morons)

4. Illness..never serious illness(knock on wood) but the common cold and the like.

Blargh at Murphy.

Made me think of CSI last night, anyone see it? Talk about some bad luck!

I saw it and like Catherine, I thought it was tragically funny too. Talk about having a bad day...

I'd always get "Mohammed's Revenge" until I learned to be very careful about the water, not even tap water when brushing my teeth.

Stress can also lower your immune defenses. Take vitamin C, specially if you're a smoker.

Oh it didn't hit all in one visit thankfully. Just seems like SOMETHING always strikes right before.

I've gotten sick every time my fiance has visited me here in the States. Like 'had to go to bed early I felt so bad' sick!

Somehow, I have not gotten sick on my visits to the UK. Maybe I ought to consider moving there instead - my health might improve!

Gosh.. I'd say when Chris and I first started having to fly back and forth one of us would get sick each time.

First time was Strept (me)

Second time tummy flu (25 minutes after I picked he up from the air port. Then he got it 4 days later.

Third trip...me over to England...the man got glandular fever! He ignored it the whole time I was there..then three days before I left he got so sick I took him to the hospital and there I left him...and I had to fly back. Was the hardest thing in the world to do.

Now we have gone back and forth so many times and so far no more serious illnesses!
