I filled my case back in january. My case allready got approved on the 16th of january. Nvc received it. And sent it to the embassy in the dominican republic. I want to know how long would it take for them to send me my interview?

When did nvc receive it? When did the embassy receive it? Did your fiancé receive packet 4? Did your fiancé do the medical?

NVC - you can check your case with your USCIS Case number: (603) 334-0700

- ask for your SD case number if assigned

DOS - you need the case number that starts with SD (provided by the NVC): (202) 663-1225

- Press 1, then press 0 to get to a visa operator who can help you

 

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

 

ROC

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received

Did you pay the visa fees at banco popular? The embassy will send out packet 4 to your fiance. This will include a blue paper for the medical.

I dont think the embassy received my application yet. Because nvc shipped on monday

Give them a week or so in DR and email them at SantoDomingoVisas@state.gov with your SDO number your info dob and your fiance's information also and ask if it was received and if they have a date if they say no email them a week later and you should have your interview date. They could also send you a copy of packet 4 thru email so you could have the appointment letter.

This is what they sent me today. Thank you for your message. all information that was given to you in the previous emails were possible because the case is currently in the consular section in Santo Domingo awaiting an appointment to be scheduled.
