It could be worse - Sockmonkey - My petition was received April 5th and is still not approved - All due to USCIS processing with wrong mailing address - Twice - and they lost my husband's photo. I called to confirm correct address twice and they mailed incorrectly twice.

Recently sent in DS-230 packet for CR-1!!! Looks like my K-3 visa $$$ was a waste too!

08-30-06 NVC issues case number

09-04-06 NVC generates forms

09-20-06 Received/mailed "Choice of Agent" and Form Fee

09-23-06 email NVC received Choice of Agent and Form Fee

10-15-06 Received Affidavit of Support

10-29-06 Received IV Bill Fee

11-22-06 NVC mailed Checklist and DS-230

I-130 (daughter)

05-05-06 NOA1 mailed - never received mail

06-21-06 RFE sent - never received by mail

07-15-06 NOA1 resent - received

07-15-06 RFE resent

07-31-06 RFE returned

08-09-06 RFE received (email notification) by VSC

11-01-06 NOA2 received
