How long to wait for an answer to an RFE after AOS interview.

Hi,

A friend of mine had her AOS interview in July and she was sent an RFE asking her to go to the nearest USCIS medical surgeon for additional medical.

When i looked at her vaccination sheet,it was exactly like mine (I WAS APPROVED) so we wondered why she was sent there.

When she went to the doctor,He said he doesn't understand why they've send her there since she had all what she needed.My friend told him the immigration officer who interviewed them told her that she was supposed to get another shot upon arrival to the USA,so the surgeon gave her a tetanus Booster (something like that).

She sent the respond to the RFE on the 31st of july and till date ,she has no update on her case when she visit the uscis website.It is stocked at the request of evidence stage.

They've called uscis twice and they told them to call back after one month of the submission of the response.So they called lately and they asked them to wait 2 months?

What could i advice her to do?

PS:she came on a K-1,sent her AOS application early March.

When they call the USCIS, do they ask for a tier 2 immigration officer that can actually access their case info and give them actual case status info? If they are only speaking to the tier 1 folks that answer the phones, then they will probably never get any other answer because they have no access to their actual case info other than what you can see yourself online.

Hi,Thanks for your input.They never got an immigration officer.All what the uscis agent were saying is '' we will send you to the next level'' which each time was a wait of hours with nobody answering.
