Checklist until Interview - NVC

17/07 - NVC received my package.

08/08 – Checklist (The form to my son was wrong, as he is son of a citizen American, we needed to send other form. Then, we sent. It was the checklist).

19/08 – NVC received Checklist (new form and everything ok, I think so). They didn't say nothing about I-864, it wasn't marked together with form to my son. Do you think they can still say something about that or it was ok, one time they didn't say nothing?

Today is 11/9. So, nothing until today. Today it makes 23 days. Is it normal? I’m very anxious to know when it going be my interview. It’s killing us.

they will want 6 weeks to review (30 business days)

your interview date will be scheduled by the embassy .. so you have to wait until it is issued.

Then,

My wife called to NVC and the attendant said that our case is complete. It isn't still appearing at sistem, but he was clear saying 'your case is complete and you don't need send anymore documents. Just wait your date interview".

Interview is coming...yeah!

case complete email comes in about a week after it is entered

embassies generate your interview date so yes.. you have to wait

BUT!

good news is you don't have to call them anymore smile.png

I got my interview email 2 hours after they received the date from the embassy.. I know the time factor due to the time difference in Fiji smile.png

congrats! you are almost done

you can now start using the state website to check your case too

Can you believe? I can't believe.

We just have received a checklist yesterday at night about my son's case. My case is complete, but his case received a checklist about his name that didn't write in a correct form. His last name needed be to write first than his first name.

God is with us. kkkk - The coverletter said we can take a correct form when we go to the interview. Thank you god. 30 days again would scare me.
