Problem with DOS new number?

Today's the first day I've tried calling DOS's new number (202-485-7600) and after the recording it says "for more visa info press 1 now" and right after I do it's just dead air. Been doing the same thing the last 3 hours. Anyone else having an issue getting through today?

04/17/2013 NOA1 (VSC)
07/10/2013 TSC transfer
07/22/2013 NOA2 - 96 days
08/09/2013 Shipped to NVC

08/19/2013 NVC received and assigned case number - 4 weeks after NOA2

08/19/2013 Shipped to Embassy; e-copy received

08/21/2013 Packet 3 Sent

08/23/2013 Embassy received hard copy

08/26/2013 Packet 3 received at Embassy

09/11/2013 Touched

09/12/2013 Touched

09/13/2013 Packet 3 received

09/14/2013 Packet 4 received

I just called DOS with that number and then press 1, 0 few minutes ago. I have no problem to talk with visa specialists.

You could try to call them again.

New Journey AOS:

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.

Received GC on 4/10/2015.

Prediction 04/08/2015

I've had no problems either!

Try pressing 1 then 0 :) That's the way to get to speak with someone.

July 23, 2013 - Notice of Receipt (NOA1)

July 26,2013 - Request For Evidence (RFE) Notice

July 30,2013 - Evidence Returned

Aug 2,2013 - NOA2 Approved (10 Days)

Aug 28,2013 - Email Received Stating LND # (They Sent Packet 3 on August 27th)

Aug 30,2013 - Packet 3 Received and Sent (DS-230 Part I and II, DS-2001, and Cover Letter)

Sep 4th, 2013 - Medical

Sep 19, 2013 - Packet 4 Received

Sep 27,2013 - Interview - *approved*

Oct 02,2013 - Passport Packet Received (3 working days)

Oct 11th, 2013 - POE Los Angeles

Oct 21st, 2013 - SSN Received
Nov 14th, 2013 - Greencard Received

I tried doing that during the recording but it wouldn't interrupt it, so I waited until "press 1 now" and pressed 1 and 0 together but it did the same thing. It's happening from two different phones and two different services. I'm so curious what is going on.
