Hello Everyone , just figured this would help answer a lot of people's question, bumped into this topic on nairaland a Usa consular officer in Nigeria anwering questions on immigrant visas as well as non-immigrant visas INQUIRIES. he's permitted to do to this till September 30, 2013.

I have no more doubt that the CO is real now.

same ere , He/she/They have been very helpful! if only they could come to VJ.
