What's the LATEST USCIS send out oath letters?

I know there is oath ceremony in Boston on 9/27 and I see some people received the letters last week and two weeks ago, but their interviews were back in June and July.
We are currently in queue for oath scheduling and office at Info Pass told me that they are scheduling now and trying to "get to around 2000 people".
Does anyone know how close to the date they can send letters? I mean, they know postal service takes time and perhaps not everyone can change their work schedule in such a short notice, in case they get their letter 2-3 days before. I will, of course , I am just curious if they have some kind of a deadline where it's too close for them to send out letters.

My husband's oath ceremony was on a Wednesday and he got his letter on the Monday. However, he was told at his interview what his oath date would be, so we already knew that information. But the actual letter arrived 2 days before the ceremony. I am sure every office functions differently (we live in San Diego) and I know of people who had an interview and got their oath ceremonies scheduled three months later.

I was interviewed on 9/5/13,qued for the oath ceremony on 9/10/13 and scheduled for the oath ceremony and sent notice for the date and location on 9/11/13,still don't know the exact date. my local office is Houston TX.(I read here on VJ that next oath ceremony will be held on 9/25/13, lets see what date is scheduled for me.(already in the mail). bye
