Listen, if you're gonna play that card, make sure it goes both ways.

If you're going to accuse people of not caring about children because there's a gun involved, you should also accuse people who post "hey look, this gun was used for a good reason" of not caring about the people in the story.

Be consistent.

It goes both ways anti gun nuts always come up with these tragic stories and pro gun folks post the positive stories.

Most anti gun nuts always use the story where child is involved, do they really care for the child or just trying to promote their agenda using the tragic incident.

I care when an innocent child gets killed by an idiot with a gun. I care when an innocent child gets killed in any way, shape or form. It's always tragic when an innocent child gets his/her life taken away from them so prematurely. What's so hard to believe about that?

Yep and you missed a case where child was chained to radiator for 2 weeks by his own mother, forced to sleep on the floor.

Every "look, this gun was used for the wrong reasons and now someone is dead" post, you show up and say that the poster doesn't actually care about the victim, they care about the gun.

Yet every "look, this gun was used for the RIGHT reasons" post, you never tell the poster to stop pushing their pro-gun agenda, do you? Do you accuse them of not caring about the people in the story, and only about the gun?

What do you mean that I "missed" that particular case? If you mean I was unaware of it, yes, you're correct. So what? I don't start 99% of the threads posted here, does that mean I missed all of those stories too? I don't have time to search out all these headlines while I'm at work. I simply make posts in the topics that interest me when I have time. Innocent people needlessly being killed by guns interests me. Do you post in all the other topics that are started?
