Invalid Receipt Number

I was trying to reschedule my interview appointment today but it says,

"No valid record can be found for the entered receipt number. Please validate that your receipt number is correct and that you have paid the correct amount for the visa which you are applying for."

Do I have to pay for my visa application again?

No, you don't have to pay again. You just have to wait for a couple more hours to schedule your interview appointment.

When I re-scheduled mine, it was only a matter of seconds. Are you sure you entered the correct receipt number? Just curious, how many times have you re-scheduled?

Yes,I'm sure I entered the correct receipt number. But by the time I paid my visa application it was Php10560 and now its Php10800. It was going to be my first time to reschedule since I missed my first appointment today due to unreliable carrier who wasn't able to deliver my documents on time. And its too late to cancel it.

Thanks! I just hope we can do it tomorrow since I wanted to get that September 24th slot that somebody said is available earlier.

No everything is fine, just trying to soon. If you paid the visa fee to day at BPI wait 8-24 hours before trying to schedule, rarely is the website updated in 4 hours.

Good luck with getting any September date.

I hope you could still grab the Sept 24th tomorrow. Good luck! :)

If you see that Sept 24th is available, better reschedule quickly 'cause someone might grab that first. :)

Who said 24th is available? I haven't seen that date ever open, just like your supposed 17th that no one ever saw open either.
