CSC Transfer..Can I travel?

Hi,

My case got transfered to CSC yesterday.

I wanted to go on my honeymoon to Disney Florida in January but was afreaid to book cause I didn't know when my interview date woul be.....

Is it safe to book the trip now? Chances are I wouldnt have an interview correct?

Regardless if you do need an interview, it would probably not be in January at this point. if you did need an interview you would have to be transferred to a DO and they would schedule the interview.

I would plan my trip, were I you

You could just rechedule the date if it falls during vacation.

One of the great privelege being transferred to CSC, is the possibility of a "no interview" approval of greencard. But sometimes its a case to case basis. Since your file is just being transferred, they will still evaluate your files if its complete already. some people before not morely cases now been transferred to CSC and then after evaluation being transferred again at MSC for personal interview.

But as i've said alot more getting approval faster after being transferred, give atleast 1 month for processing it at CSC and you could hopefully starting getting "touches" about your greencard processing by emails and till upon the mailing of your greencard in mail to your house. As you can see on my timeline, i've been transferred end of Oct and got my greencard before end of Nov.

I got an fe for birth cert already and sent it back...is it possible I might get another RFE?

Also, will any of this affect my AP?
