I derived an annual income of :

This question is perplexing me. Anyone able to give some advice what this actually means?

My fiancé has worked since April of this year. She earns an hourly rate $8.60.

She works full time. 40 hours per week.

She works on a commission based system where every dollar she sells beyond her weekly pay of $344 she keeps $0.50.

What do we put in annual income ?

I was thinking of getting her employer to write the following letter.

Employer has worked since blah blah full time blah blah etc.

Minimum income: $17888 from hourly rate of ($8.60)

Expected income $20000+ (with commisions)

Then also attach pay stubs to show where she has earned more than $344 on a regular basis. Plus giving her tax transcript from last year. (This is pretty redundant as her income was low last year, she spent half of it in canada)

Could we put expected income if her employer writes it like this with the supporting pay stub evidence?

Yes, use the approximate annualized current income and back up that amount with the letter from the employer and the pay stubs.
