I know DOS has a new number, I call it and I can't get through... any luck anyone?

Yes I am. Is there a number I should be pressing like 1 then 0 or something?

It gives me a recording stating that the new number is 202-485-7600 and starting Monday Sept 9th they will start receiving calls at the new number but I don't get past that recording and then hangs up -_0
