Ho Chi Kerry was appointed by Obama. Recently. After the last SOS got our consulate in Benghazi destroyed and Americans killed through complete negligence and then LIED about it.. Strangely Gary, you are wrong. The point I was trying to make was NOT that Obama is not involved, but that regardless of which POTUS is in power there are career diplomats who are not affiliated with any party who negotiate the deals. Never mind, it's really not worth it, you are so obsessed with your hatred of the current administration that you can't see the wood for the treas.

Oh, and just so you know, not that you really want to but I will point it out anyway, I am not an Obama supporter. I do like living in the US though, and I do support the US regardless of who runs the show
