Any one knows what's the timeframe for the case to be transfer in NVC?

And if Case arrive in NVC what would be the 1st thing to do?

Congratulations for the very fast approval! kicking.gif

They say you can call NVC after 20 days from NOA2 to ask if they already received the case.

You can give them your e-mail address, where they can notify you of your case number once assigned.

Next are paying the fees and submission of the DS260 and DS261 online forms, AOS from petitioner, IV package from beneficiary..

You can read the signatures of other members who are in the NVC process to have an idea as to what is next.. :)

Here's the list of the documents to be submitted by the beneficiary to NVC..

Based on my understanding, we (beneficiary) will be requested to provide the ff.:

- NSO birth cert

- NSO marriage cert

- CEMAR (Certificate of Marriage from NSO also)

- NBI clearance for travel abroad (green paper)

- photocopy of Passport

- 2 photos (see http://travel.state.gov/visa/visaphotoreq/visaphotoreq_5334.html)

On the other hand, our petitioner will do the AOS part.. :)
