YAYY!!! I got our case number after 7weeks!!!

Wow!! I called DOS and the guy asked me of the beneficiary's and petitioner's full name and date of birth, then he gave me the case number......Thank God we go the case number at last after 7weeks..Glory be to God!!!

We are march filer with the details below;

March 14th - Noa1

July 10th - Transferred from vsc to tsc

July 22nd - Noa2

July 25th - Noa2 Hardcopy

Thank you everyone....But we don't know what to do next apart from sending the necessary documents (for embassy) to my fiance. We'd appreciate your help on this...

Congratulations. Am glad you got it, you almost there. Did you verify if its been sent to Lagos embassy? If so check CEAC website to see when it arrives, if its says READY it means they have it, then go ahead and send them an email for packet 3. You can go ahead and pay the visa fee and go online and schudule the apointment. WE did that as soon as we got the case number and even before Lagos embassy sent email that they are ready to start the process. Send 1-134 with supporting eveidence to your fiance, have him do his medical and police report as soon as possible.Goodluck

Yes, it changed to shipped on 8th august.....yours will change very soon too...goodluck

Thanks alot godlove, we'd do exactly what you said but CEAC website still says 'At NVC' so i guess we'd still waiting till it says ready. Please we need your help on these 2 questions;

1) Did you get interviewed on the exact day you scheduled online or they sent you another date?

2) Do we need to send an email to Lagos embassy using a particular format?

I got NOA2 Email on August 12, 2013 from CSC - the status is "Post Decision Activity"

Not sure of that will change to shipped.

Mine also shows "Post Decision Activity". Ours was approved on August 8th and the hard copy of the NOA2 arrived on August 14th. The NOA2 read that our petition had been sent to NVC. I hope we don't have to wait for it to change to shipped. This process is already taking way too long. Where in India is your wife/husband located? My husband is in Mumbai.

My spouse is in Hyderabad, yesterday night I called NVC - nice lady said my case arrived however it will take 15 to 20 business days to get NVC case number.

Most of my documents are ready except the PCC (have one dated Feb-2012) will try to send that and request them that we will take latest PCC to Consulate interview.
