processing time of a b2 visa in london

I got email last week (Wednesday 4th sept) for me to send passport in so visa can be fixed in, I went for my interview back in august was approved pending medical for mental health issues, sent passport off to London on Friday 6th September, via the dx courier phoned them today about it they said it was recived at embassy today phoned embassy they said it should take between 3-5days to send back, im really hoping so as we are due to travel on the 21st of September to florida for family holiday, can anyone help me on if they email when sent to courier, and when to collect from them
