The rational runs along the lines that because more black people live in squalid, poor areas it must mean that they do so because they like living like that. They take the problems that face poor communities and extrapolate ludicrous conclusions and because a disproportionate number of black people are also very poor they figure that black people have a predisposition to be poor and moreover are doing nothing to change because obviously people who live in poverty like to be poor especially because that means they can be criminals and live in squalor at govmint expense.
