We keep calling and getting the standard "8 weeks" response. Is there anyone else approved in Texas in late July in the same position? We're beginning to worry that the file has been lost

Also, does anyone have any experience of what happens if we get to 8 weeks and the file still hasn't turned up?

Thanks for that - that gives me some hope that things haven't gone awry as your approval was a day after ours. Have just come off the phone to the NVC again and the lady said that they are "running right up to the 8 weeks at the moment"

sorry to be so pointed, but it is just plain stupid to email them repeatedly.. you are just taking up valuable processing time by doing so

use the phone

if you don't like the wait time, call the dos number
