Hello Everyone

This is my case: On January 2012 I was issued a Fiancé Visa, however I let it expired and never used it (I did not come to the U.S.A.) We ended the relationship on March 2012, and I personally came to the Embassy and gave back the whole Fiancé Package and told them that the I was not gonna use it anymore. Now (1 1/2 year later), I am working for a company whose parent house is in the United States, and I am basically the person in charge of Finance Reporting to the Parent House. My company needs me to get the business/Tourist visa because they need me to come for trainings and projects implementations.

Some background:

1) I have had 2 tourist visa approved, 1 student visa approved and used, 1 tourist visa denied, and Finally 1 fiancé visa approved.

2) The company I work for is part of the companies that have relationship with the embassy to grant employees visa, however when applying through the company it says that I am in the country database and that i should contact the embassy. Therefore, my boss told me to do it personal and to bring the company letter.

3) I brought a letter to the Embassy on March 2012 to request to cancel mi Fiancé Visa because the reason why I was granted the visa has ended.

4) I have a bachelors in Intl Business and Finances. I feel having a visa is important for my career growth in my country.

My question are: Are there any chances that I can get my b2/b1 visa approved? & Has anyone in this world have a tourist visa approved after not using and letting expire a K1 visa?

Thanks for your comments!

Not enough ties to my country. I applied few months after I arrived from Studying in the US. I had few time working at my new job (at that time) and the salary was not the best. Now I am in different possition, I work for a different company with a very good salary, I have a house, a car, not married and not kids yet though. :-/

Thanks! I will make sure to provide enough supporting documentation from my company, they are actually who will be paying for my trip. I wish I could meet someone here in VisaJourney who had to go through something similar!!!
