Hello

Everyone

I need some help to understand how the process of i601 waiver works. I recently had interview at US consulate Montreal. And i got refused based on indicating that i need waiver. In letter it indicates that "you are eligible to apply for a waiver of the grounds of ineligibility."

I want to know what it means?

Why were you refused?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
