I have a question regarding waiver approval for I 601 and I212. My husbands

I601 was approved on December 12, 2013 we are happy but worried bc we also have a i212 waiver still pending we sent in both waivers at the same time on July 2, 2013. How soon will we have an answer. I was thinking that both waivers would be approved together.

My case was first the I601 and the next day was my I212 no alway is gonna be at the same time

So I have GREAT NEWS husbnad and I called USCIS and they told us both waivers where approved on Dec 12, 2013 is just the system had not updated yet. I got Approval notice for the I601 3 days later and now just waiting on approval notice for I212. Now waiting for IL from El Salvador Embassy hope that does not take a long time, I seen cases of ppl who have waited a long time to get their visa issued anywhere from 2-4 months that is a long time! I want my husband home ASAP!! :)
